Product description
We make every attempt to ensure that product descriptions on our website are true to the finished goods. However, due to conditions outside our control, such as photographic reproduction and the variability of display screens, the appearance of colours and sizes may vary.  We want you to be absolutely thrilled when you receive your blanket, so we have decided to provide you with as much information as possible on the website, helping you make a very well informed decision. To ensure you are completely satisfied with your decision, Studio Roam are always available to discuss any queries or details, over the phone, or by email and are more than happy to send out colour swatches of the actual yarns used before any purchases are made.

Tolerances
Please be aware that there may be slight variations in shade as we do use different batches of the same colour. We do also allow a small tolerance of 10% in size so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Availability
The majority of our products are knitted individually to order and as such delivery times for products may vary depending on demand at that time. In addition, as we source only the finest cashmeres and wools, supply of these products can vary throughout the year.

Pricing
Due to circumstances outwith our control, such as fluctuating yarn prices and exchange rates, we reserve the right to change prices quoted on our website at any point in time. We will endeavour to change these prices immediately on the website, however product prices are finally determined at the point of sale. Customers will be notified before purchase of any price change. Any prices quoted inaccurately due to technical problems with our website will be dealt with in the same way as altered prices.

The Studio Roam team wants you to be completely satisfied with every stage of your purchase. If there is anything you would like to discuss in more detail please contact the Studio Roam team by telephone or email.

Payment methods
Studio Roam accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and International Maestro, Non-UK Electron, Visa Debit (Including UK Electron), Maestro, Solo and Cheques. Production of order will begin once payment has been processed.

Delivery
After your order has processed we will endeavour to have the item knitted, finished and packaged within 10 working days. Studio Roam will advise and keep you informed of expected dispatch and delivery date.

Deliveries within the UK mainland are expected to be received within 1 working day from date of dispatch and FREE DELIVERY.

Deliveries within the rest of the UK are expected to be received within 3 working days from date of dispatch and FREE DELIVERY.

Deliveries within the EU are expected to be received within 3 working days from date of  dispatch and are charged at £20 per order.

Deliveries to the rest of the world are expected to be received within 5 working days from date of dispatch and are charged at £35 per order excluding local duties and tariffs where applicable.

If you require different delivery time / method, please contact Studio Roam and we will do our best to accommodate any requests.

Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2006, you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund. If you wish to do so, you must contact Studio Roam with your order information, contact details and order date. We will process the request next working day. A statutory right of 7 days is applicable for the UK. Other nations’ statutory rights can vary. Studio Roam will uphold and honour these differing periods.

Returns
Studio Roam aim to create products of exceptional quality that are supported and matched by an equally high standard of service. We hope that you are very happy and absolutely thrilled when you receive and unwrap your order. If for any reason you are not happy and/or thrilled we will be delighted to offer you a more suitable replacement (with the exception of bespoke pieces, please see below.) However, if this is not satisfactory we will honour the following Returns Policy 

1) Faulty or Damaged Products. Studio Roam will refund immediately and arrange for collection at their expense.

2) Regarding any reasons for return, other than faulty or damaged goods, Studio Roam will refund immediately. Item(s) must be in the condition you received them in, unused and suitable for re-sale. Collection of appropriate item(s) will be arranged by Studio Roam. Any postage or courier charges incurred will be deducted from refund payment.

3) Bespoke or Personalised Products. As each product is manufactured to a specification agreed and confirmed by yourself, Studio Roam are unfortunately unable to refund any transaction regarding bespoke or personalised products. Studio Roam want you to be a satisfied customer and will therefore be happy to discuss appropriate solutions.

If you wish to exchange or return goods please contact Studio Roam directly, within your statutory time limit and inform them of your intentions. Studio Roam will process your request next working day.

Disclaimer and liability
By placing an order with us you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions. Please contact any member of Roam if you are unhappy with any of this. The website and the Terms and Conditions provided are applicable to UK law. Any use of the webiste or purchases made outside the UK will not be applicable to non UK laws or regulations.  Your statutory rights have not been affected by these terms and Conditions.

Personal use
Each order has been crafted for customers private use and commercial resale of the product is prohibited without the consent of Studio Roam. For information about wholesale purchases for commercial purchases please contact Studio Roam.

The graphic (including all photographs and designs of blankets) and textual elements of this web site are protected by copyright and any unauthorized use is an infringement of that legal copyright. Graphic content includes blanket designs and all photographic images.

Blog Comments
We reserve the right to reject messages which:

  • Are racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, abusive or otherwise objectionable
  • Contain swear words or other language likely to offend
  • Break the law, condone or encourage unlawful activity. This includes breach of copyright, defamation and contempt of court
  • Are seen to impersonate someone else
  • Are being repeatedly posted (known as “spam”)
  • Include contact details such as phone numbers, postal or e-mail addresses
