Our lovely new FIFI cashmere baby blanket - perfect for the boudoir baby!  

FIFI can be personalised with baby name and date of birth.  Knitted using super soft Scottish cashmere in our 'micro factory' in the Scottish Borders.   What could be better?

17 Oct 2011  BUSY SUMMER KNITTING IN THE STUDIO !

It's been a while since we've posted anything on the ROAM blog. Not only have we been working frantically on the productiuon of our ROAM LOVES DEAR collection, but we have produced a baby too!!!!!

We have had the most amazing team of people working with us to get our winter knit production completed.  We thought that you might all like to see the studio and meet our wonderful knitting team.....they are.....ANNIE....ANDREW....CHARLOTTE....SYLVIA....URSULA....LAURA....

7 May 2010  ROAM nominated for Scottish Fashion Awards Textile Brand of the year

ROAM have just learned that they have been nominated for the Scottish Fashion Awards Textile Brand of the year.  

ROAM are delighted to receive the fifth anniversary nomination for the Scottish Fashion Awards Textile Brand of the Year 2010.
It is an exciting prospect for our young brand to be short listed for this prestigious award by Tessa Hartmann and her highly respected judging panel.
This is a wonderful time to receive recognition for ROAM, which remains a very personal project and one we are working hard to develop.
We look forward to the awards ceremony on 20th June and will be keeping our fingers crossed until then!

Here are a couple of our new scarves that we have created for a new Spring/Summer 2010 collection which will be coming your way soon!
We have worked very hard for the Spring season to create beautiful accessories that fit in with the ROAM design ethos.  The new collection is a combination of knitted and woven scarves and shawls which will be online soon.

Just delivered our new spring/summer range to our German sales studio - below is a tiny flavour of one of the products that we have been developing for our range...

We've been lucky enough to create some amazing fabrics working with one of the oldest madras lace manufacturers in the world who are based in Scotland.  We hope that these scarves will go down a storm... :)
